Sheba Jordan : Vocals
Sheba Jordan is currently one of today’s most sought after, powerhouse vocalists in the entertainment industry. Sheba has been singing professionally since she was six and has been the opening act for R&B greats Regina Belle, Miki Howard, Queen Latifah, Gwen Guthrie, Cuba Gooding, Blue Magic, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, Ray, Goodman & Brown and others. She is a successful recording artist and one of the most dynamic live acts you’ll ever experience. Sheba is the original host of the Jersey Soul Open Mic Jam Session and the former Key Club in Newark, NJ. Her charisma onstage attracted a large following to the venue. The combination of her sultry voice, vocal abilities and her magnetic energy always leaves audiences wanting more.
Richard Dunn : Guitar
Richie, guitarist, hails from Plainfield, N.J. The lead
guitarist plays the licks and leads that audiences recognize
from the first note.
He started as a rock guitarist and re-emerged in 2014 focusing on R&B.
Clarkson Melton : Keys
Clark plays keys covering piano, organ, clavichord, strings and even horn sounds. Clark’s sound sometimes provides the listener with a musical “religious” experience, as he brings both his personal and professional experience from several New Jersey worship sites to the band. His wedding ceremonial skills are superb and as a result, KBB is able to offer wedding packages to include ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Rayella Cruz: Vocals
Rayella Cruz, born Rachel Cruz in North Bergen New Jersey, is a Latin American singer/songwriter/vocalist. Rayella's love for music and gifts allow her sing the songs of Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Monica, Lauren Hill, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera, Jasmine Sullivan, Donna Summer, Aretha Franklin, and others. As she expanded her repertoire and pursued singing opportunities, she landed a gig as female lead vocalist for a traveling tribute band, honoring Gloria Estefan, Donna Summer, and Selena Quintanilla. She continues singing, songwriting and further developing her craft, in order to strengthen her musical career and as she says "liberate the soul" through music. Lee "Doc" McCaskill : Bass
With Clark, "Doc" is a co- founder of KBB. He plays bass, adds vocals, and serves as the musical director. As a concert bassist, he has played with a variety of symphony orchestras through out the metropolitan area. As a bass guitarist, he has performed with Stephanie Mills, Herbie Hancock and jazz sensation, Najee.
DEBBY MAGGIULLI - DRUMS / VOCALS
Debby started playing bongos at the age of 4 and got her first set of drums (Ludwig classic) at age 8. Since then, she has performed with numerous club and corporate event bands, including show bands and original acts. She opened for Richie Havens, David Allen Coe (songwriter of “Take This Job and Shove It”), John Gorka, and the oldies band “Randy and the Rainbows,” and she performed and recorded for award-winning artist Loretta Hagen. Debby’s performances have taken her from Nashville to New York in a range of venues including the Bluebird Cafe, Tropicana Hotel, Bethlehem Music Festival, and numerous clubs and outdoor concerts all over the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area over the many years of her musical career.
JOHNNY "Bongo" RAMSPACHER
Johnny is a self-taught percussionist playing in New Jersey and points beyond, specializing in funk/soul/R&B/Americana/blues – if it’s got a rhythm, he can add some sauce!
